These Terms of Service apply to the FLãVã Water website, account portal, orders, subscriptions, delivery services, and optional text-messaging programs offered by FLAVA WATER INC ("FLãVã Water," "we," "our"). By using our services, you agree to the applicable service terms. SMS participation is optional and separately consented to.
Website, Ordering and Delivery
Product availability, pricing, delivery areas, pickup terms, and fulfillment timing may change. Applicable details are confirmed at checkout or through our authorized staff. Delivery or pickup completion does not alone establish that an invoice has been paid; unpaid balances remain due under the order terms.
Subscriptions
Recurring plans renew according to the cadence and price disclosed when you enroll until you pause or cancel. Payment and subscription management may be available through your customer portal, subject to the plan terms shown at checkout.
Optional SMS Messaging Program Terms
FLAVA WATER INC may send customer-care messages in response to your questions, or messages about accounts, orders, deliveries and customer support, if you choose that program. Separately, you may opt in to marketing texts with promotions, discounts, special offers, and news about our products or services. We send only the categories of messages that you have explicitly agreed to receive through our opt-in process. Messages may be sent from (877) 213-5282 or another FLãVã Water sending number disclosed when you opt in.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, registration, or obtaining customer service. Customer-care and marketing consent are separate where offered. The opt-in form uses unchecked consent selections. You may decline all texts without affecting your ability to order.
Message frequency varies by your interactions and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider for plan details. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to the number that sent the text. We will send an opt-out confirmation and stop further program messages to that number under that subscription. Privacy and Data Sharing
Customer data is not shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information are never shared with anyone for any purpose.
