These SMS Messaging Terms describe the FLãVã Water text-messaging program operated by Flava Water, Inc. FLãVã Water may use Grasshopper, Twilio, SendQ, or other authorized messaging services to deliver messages on our behalf.
How You Opt In
You may opt in using a separate, unchecked SMS consent box on a FLãVã Water form or through our SMS Preferences page. Consent is voluntary, applies to the message categories you select, and is not required to purchase products, create an account, or receive services. Promotional consent is separate from customer-care and order-related consent where applicable.
Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
- Our program may consist of customer-care texts responding to questions or providing support and/or marketing messages featuring discount codes, deals, or product and service promotions, depending on which programs you select. We send only categories of messages you explicitly agreed to receive. Messages are currently sent from (877) 213-5282; if another approved FLãVã Water sending number is used, it will be identified in the relevant opt-in or message.
- To cancel SMS at any time, text STOP to the number from which you received our message. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no more messages will be sent under that subscription. If you wish to join again, sign up using our opt-in process.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP or contact sales@flavawater.com for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Message frequency varies depending on communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Data Sharing and Mobile Consent
Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any other information-sharing disclosures exclude mobile opt-in data.

We may update these terms as our program or applicable requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the currently published wording.
